SB46 by Zaffirini (Relating to the confidentiality of certain property tax appraisal photographs.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon the open records law and access to government information.


The bill would exempt certain photographs taken by the chief appraiser or the chief appraiser's authorized representative for property tax appraisal purposes from Section 552. 021 Government Code.
