SB57 by Nelson (Relating to information collected by a regional tollway authority.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon the open records law and the access to government information.


The bill would amend the Transportation code to provide that information collected regarding toll accounts is not subject to disclosure under Government Code, Chapter 552.
