SB121 by West (Relating to credit services organizations and extensions of consumer credit facilitated by credit services organizations; providing civil and administrative penalties.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

As a result of the bill there will be a restriction upon the open records law and the access to government information.

The bill would exempt certain database and contract information from disclosure under Chapter 552, Government Code.
