As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon the open records law; the open meetings law; and the access to government information.
The bill would exempt certain disclosures made by employees of the retirement system from the requirements of Section 552.021, Government Code. The bill would also exempt certain meetings of the board of trustees or the boards committees from Chapter 551, Government Code.
