Pursuant to a notice posted on February 12, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price, at 7:31 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Price; Burkett; Davis, Sarah; Longoria; Sheffield; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:48 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:15 p.m., February 18, 2015.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:18 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price.
