Pursuant to a notice posted on February 13, 2015, and permission granted to meet while the House was in session on February 19, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price, at 7:30 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Price; Burkett; Sheffield; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present.
