Pursuant to a notice posted on March 6, 2015, and permission granted on March 9, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price, at 10:06 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Price; Longoria; Sheffield; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

(Representative Burkett now present.)

 

At 1:49 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until final adjourn./recess or if permission is granted to meet during reading and referral of bills.

 

The committee reconvened at 3:50 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Price; Burkett; Sheffield; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present.
