Pursuant to a notice posted on March 9, 2015, and permission granted on March 10, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price, at 8:11 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Price; Burkett; Davis, Sarah; Sheffield; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

(Representative Longoria now present.)

 

At 9:39 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until upon final adjourn./recess or if permission is granted to meet during the reading and referral of bills. 

 

The committee reconvened at 11:35 a.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Price; Burkett; Davis, Sarah; Longoria; Sheffield; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present.

 

At 12:58 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
