Pursuant to a notice posted on May 9, 2016, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price, at 10:00 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Price; Burkett; and Walle.

Representative Otto was also in attendance.
