Pursuant to a notice posted on February 19, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ashby, at 7:33 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Ashby; Giddings; Howard; Márquez; Phelan; Raney; and VanDeaver.

A quorum was present.

At 9:45 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until upon final adjourn./recess.

The committee reconvened at 11:39 a.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ashby.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Ashby; Giddings; Howard; Márquez; Phelan; Raney; and VanDeaver.

A quorum was present.

At 1:11 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
