Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ashby, at 8:46 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Ashby; Giddings; Phelan; and VanDeaver.

 

A quorum was present.
