Pursuant to a notice posted on March 2, 2015, and permission granted on March 3, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ashby, at 2:00 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Ashby; Márquez; Phelan; and Raney.

 

A quorum was present.
