Pursuant to a notice posted on March 3, 2015, and permission granted on March 4, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ashby, at 12:21 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Ashby; Giddings; Howard; Márquez; Phelan; Raney; and VanDeaver.

A quorum was present.

At 2:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
