Pursuant to a notice posted on February 12, 2015, revised on February 13, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV & V met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester, at 8:04 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; Miller, Rick; Bonnen, Greg; and Miles.
