Pursuant to a notice posted on February 13, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on February 17, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV & V met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester, at 8:02 a.m.
