Pursuant to a notice posted on February 20, 2015, and permission granted on February 23, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV & V met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester, at 10:08 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; Miller, Rick; Bonnen, Greg; Hughes; and Miles.

A quorum was present.

(Representative McClendon now present.)

At 1:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 3:30 p.m. or 15 minutes after adjournment.

The committee reconvened at 3:44 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; Miller, Rick; Bonnen, Greg; Hughes; and Miles.

A quorum was present.

At 4:22 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
