Pursuant to a notice posted on February 23, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV & V met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester, at 8:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; Miller, Rick; Bonnen, Greg; and Hughes.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

(Representative Miles now present.)

 

At 9:53 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until upon final adjourn./recess.

 

The committee reconvened at 11:53 a.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; Miller, Rick; Bonnen, Greg; and McClendon.

 

A quorum was present.
