Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV & V met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester, at 12:18 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; Miller, Rick; Hughes; and Miles.

 

A quorum was present.
