Pursuant to a notice posted on February 20, 2015, revised on February 23, 2015, and permission granted on February 23, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII & VIII met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, Larry, at 10:08 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Gonzales, Larry; Muñoz, Jr.; Bell; Capriglione; and Rodriguez, Justin.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

(Representative Koop now present.)

 

At 12:56 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 20 minutes upon final adjournment.

 

The committee reconvened at 3:47 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, Larry.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Gonzales, Larry; Muñoz, Jr.; Bell; Capriglione; and Koop.

 

A quorum was present.
