CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 15, 2015, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock held on March 18, 2015. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 13, 2015, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 8:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Cyrier; Rinaldi; Simpson; and Springer.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 1203

 

The chair laid out HB 1203.

 

The chair recognized Representative Murr to explain HB 1203.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The chair recognized Representative Murr to explain the committee substitute for HB 1203.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

The chair recognized Representative Murr to close on HB 1203.

 

The committee substitute was withdrawn without objection.

 

HB 1203 was left pending without objection.

The chair laid out HB 557 and HB 1322.

 

The chair recognized Representative Farias to explain HB 557 and HB 1322.
