Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 29, 2015, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 2:10 p.m.

Representative Anderson, Charles "Doc" moved that SB 928, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Representative Rinaldi moved that SB 1749, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
