Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 30th, 2015, and permission granted on April 30, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 9:19 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Cyrier; González, Mary; Rinaldi; Simpson; and Springer.

A quorum was present.

HB 2548

The chair laid out HB 2548 as pending business.

Representative Cyrier offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

Representative Cyrier moved that HB 2548, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
