Pursuant to a notice posted on February 10, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on ARTICLE II, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price, at 7:31 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Price; Burkett; Davis, Sarah; Longoria; Sheffield; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present.
