Pursuant to a notice posted on February 10, 2015, revised on February 11, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on ARTICLES I, IV, V, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester, at 10:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; Bonnen, Greg; Hughes; and Miller, Rick.
