Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on ARTICLE III, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ashby, at 7:33 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Ashby; Giddings; Howard; Márquez; Phelan; Raney; and VanDeaver.
