Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2015, revised on February 12, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on ARTICLES VI, VII, VIII, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, Larry, at 7:32 a.m.
