Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2015, revised on February 12, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on ARTICLES I, IV, V, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester, at 8:05 a.m.
