Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on February 23, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on February 23, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 7:36 a.m.

The Supreme Court of Texas

The chair laid out the subcommittee recommendations for the Supreme Court of Texas.
