Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on February 23, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on February 23, 2015, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 7:37 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Turner, Sylvester; Bell; Bonnen, Greg; Burkett; Capriglione; Davis, Sarah; Giddings; Gonzales, Larry; Howard; Koop; Longoria; Miles; Miller, Rick; Phelan; Price; Raney; Rodriguez, Justin; Sheffield; VanDeaver; and Walle.
