Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2016, the House Committee on International Trade & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 9:17 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Anchia; Lozano; Anderson, Rodney; Bernal; Burrows; and Koop.

A quorum was present.

The committee met jointly with Energy Resources.

The committee began taking invited testimony on Mexico’s Energy Reform, and Opportunities for Binational Exchange.

Testimony taken/registration recorded. (See attached witness list.)

At 11:49 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
