CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 5, 2015 and May 13, 2015 the House Committee on Business & Industry authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Business & Industry held on April 28, 2015. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 23, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule & all necessary rules, on April 27, 2015, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Ron Simmons, at 2:13 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Simmons; Rinaldi; Romero, Jr.; and Villalba.

 

A quorum was present.
