Pursuant to a notice posted on April 22, 2015, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 9:00 a.m.

Pursuant to Rule 3, Section 4 and Rule 6, Section 16 of the House Rules, the House Committee on Calendars proposes the following rule governing floor consideration of House Bill 31:

 

“Section 1. All original amendments that will be offered during second reading consideration of the bill must be filed with the chief clerk by 10 a.m. on Monday, April 27, 2015.”

 

Representative Hunter moved to adopt the proposed rule for floor consideration on HB 31. The motion prevailed without objection.

 

 

Representative Cook moved to place the following measures:
