Pursuant to a notice posted on February 13, 2015, and permission granted on February 19, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 11:47 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Farias; Burrows; Stickland; Tinderholt; and Wu.

A quorum was present.

(Representative Spitzer now present.)

(Representative Romero, Jr. now present.)

The committee met for organizational purposes and to hear invited testimony from entities under the committee’s purview.

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

At 1:18 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
