Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2015, and permission granted on March 5, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 11:19 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Burrows; Schubert; Spitzer; and Tinderholt.

A quorum was present.

(Representative Romero, Jr. now present.)

The committee met for organizational purposes and to hear invited testimony from entities under the committee’s purview.
