Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2015, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 23, 2015, and permission granted on March 26, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 12:46 p.m.
