Pursuant to a notice posted on April 22, 2016, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Button, at 10:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Button; Faircloth; Isaac; Metcalf; Rodriguez, Eddie; Villalba; and Vo.

 

A quorum was present.
