Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 2015, and permission granted on March 2, 2015, to meet while the House was in session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Elections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Laubenberg, at 3:41 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Laubenberg; Goldman; Fallon; Israel; Phelan; and Schofield.

A quorum was present.

The Chair opened discussion on the posted agenda for organizational purposes and to hear invited testimony.

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

At 3:59 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
