Pursuant to a notice posted on February 20, 2015, and permission granted on February 26, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Emerging Issues In Texas Law Enforcement, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Fletcher, at 11:45 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Fletcher; Dukes; Flynn; Koop; Márquez; and White, James.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

Being an organizational meeting, the Chair called registered witnesses to offer testimony on issues under the Committee’s purview. 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 3:05 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
