Pursuant to a notice posted on April 1, 2015, revised on April 6, 2015 and April 7, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 6, 2015, the House Committee on Emerging Issues In Texas Law Enforcement, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Fletcher, at 2:39 p.m.
