Pursuant to a notice posted on February 18, 2015, and permission granted on February 23, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 3:18 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Anchia; Canales; Dale; Herrero; Keffer; King, Phil; Landgraf; Meyer; and Wu.

A quorum was present.
