Pursuant to a notice posted on March 16, 2015, and permission granted on March 23, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 3:16 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Paddie; Anchia; Canales; Craddick; Dale; Herrero; King, Phil; Landgraf; and Meyer.
