Pursuant to a notice posted on April 15, 2015, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 5:12 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Anchia; Canales; Craddick; Dale; Herrero; Keffer; King, Phil; Landgraf; Meyer; and Riddle.
