Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 30, 2015, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 12:46 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Anchia; Craddick; Dale; Herrero; Keffer; King, Phil; Landgraf; and Meyer.

A quorum was present.

HB 1575

The chair laid out HB 1575 as pending business.

Representative Anchia offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

Representative Anchia moved that HB 1575, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Darby; Anchia; Herrero; Keffer; King, Phil; Landgraf; Meyer (7).

Nays:                           Representatives Craddick; Dale (2).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representatives Paddie; Canales; Riddle; Wu (4).

The chair laid out HB 3518 as pending business.

Representative Landgraf offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

The chair recognized Representative Landgraf to explain HB 3518.

Representative Landgraf moved that HB 3518, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Darby; Anchia; Craddick; Dale; Herrero; Keffer; King, Phil; Landgraf; Meyer (9).

Nays:                           None (0).

At 12:50 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
