Pursuant to a notice posted on April 23, 2015, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Morrison, at 8:14 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Morrison; Rodriguez, Eddie; Isaac; Kacal; King, Ken; King, Phil; and Thompson, Ed.

 

A quorum was present.
