Pursuant to a notice posted on April 27, 2015, the House Committee on Investments & Financial Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Parker, at 9:47 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Parker; Longoria; Capriglione; Pickett; and Stephenson.

The chair laid out SB 656.

Representative Longoria moved that SB 656, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).

Representative Flynn moved that SB 641, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
