Pursuant to a notice posted on May 27, 2015, the House Committee on Investments & Financial Services met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Parker, at 8:15 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Parker; Longoria; Capriglione; Flynn; Landgraf; and Stephenson.

A quorum was present.

The committee had dinner.

At 10:45 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
