Pursuant to a notice posted on March 12, 2015, and permission granted on March 18, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Investments & Financial Services-S/C on Bond Indebtedness met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Capriglione, at 8:03 a.m.
