Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 19, 2015, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 2:32 p.m.


The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kuempel; Collier; Davis, Sarah; Hunter; Larson; Moody; and Turner, Chris.


A quorum was present.



SB 10


The chair laid out SB 10.


Representative Larson offered a complete committee substitute.


The committee substitute was adopted without objection.


Representative Hunter moved that SB 10, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:


Ayes:                           Representatives Kuempel; Davis, Sarah; Hunter; Larson (4).


Nays:                           Representatives Collier; Moody; Turner, Chris (3).


Present, Not Voting:   None (0).


Absent:                        None (0).


At 2:34 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
