Pursuant to a notice posted on February 12, 2015, the House Committee on Government Transparency & Operation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Elkins, at 2:03 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Elkins; Gonzales, Larry; Leach; and Turner, Scott.

A quorum was present.
