Pursuant to a notice posted on April 2, 2015, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 8:02 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Howard; Alonzo; Clardy; Morrison; Raney; and Turner, Chris.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The chair directed that the April 1, 2015 minutes for the House Committee on Higher Education be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
